Terms and conditions

At casiniacasinouk.co.uk, these terms explain the account and payment conditions that apply to Casinia Casino, including eligibility, verification and account closure. United Kingdom residents cannot open casino accounts or deposit money. The rules below do not make registration available to residents of excluded countries.

Eligibility and country restrictions

Participation requires an age of 18 or above, as well as meeting any higher legal age that applies where you live. Anyone younger than 18 must leave the casino. Players are responsible for checking whether online gambling is permitted in their jurisdiction before registration and each subsequent use.

The country restrictions also exclude residents of Armenia, Georgia, Afghanistan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Curaçao, Denmark, Estonia, Iran, Israel, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Romania, Russia, North Korea, the Netherlands, the Netherlands Antilles, Sweden, Ukraine including Crimea, Côte d’Ivoire and the United States. Residents of these places must neither register nor fund an account. An existing account must be closed if its holder lives in or is located in an excluded jurisdiction. Individual game suppliers may impose further territorial restrictions.

Account details and access

Registration must use your actual name. The casino allows a single account for each person, household or address, telephone number or email address, and internet address. Creating another account with different or false details breaches this rule.

Duplicate accounts may be permanently closed. Their promotions and winnings may be cancelled, and withdrawals already paid from them may become repayable. Account credentials must stay confidential. Actions completed with valid login details are treated as the account holder’s actions.

Accounts cannot be sold, bought or transferred to someone else. You must not sign in with another person’s credentials. Keep registration details current and report changes promptly. An application may be refused, or an existing account closed, without advance notice or an explanation.

Bonuses and promotional conditions

Bonuses are governed by both the general casino rules and the conditions of the particular promotion. Eligibility, qualifying deposits, wagering, expiry and eligible games depend on those conditions. Games can count differently towards wagering, so a wager does not necessarily contribute its full value.

For the captured welcome promotion, cancelling an activated bonus removes the casino bonus balance. Requesting a withdrawal before claiming the offer, or after activating it, removes eligibility for that offer. Bonus-related winnings cannot simply be treated as withdrawable cash before the applicable conditions have been fulfilled. Documentation may be requested before bonus credit or payment of associated winnings.

Funding and withdrawing

The casino sets deposit minimums and maximums. Payments use the options available in the cashier, subject to each payment provider’s rules. Where practicable, a payout uses the deposit method, although the requested method is not guaranteed. Payout destinations must belong to the account holder.

Before withdrawal, the deposited amount must have been wagered once. Falling short permits cancellation of winnings and a deduction from the latest deposit of 10%, with a €0.50 minimum, or 15% for funding by card or bank transfer. A request may also be declined when wagering during that calendar month has not reached €20.

Withdrawals require cash funds rather than bonus funds. An active bonus balance prevents withdrawal, and submitting a request cancels available bonuses. No more than three payout requests may remain pending together. Limits depend on account level, and payment can be held while identity, funds or compliance checks are completed.

Deposits are generally non-refundable. Exceptional technical problems may be considered, but not once the deposit or associated bonus has funded a bet. Contact must occur within 24 hours of the transaction. Refund requests have a target response period of ten business days, and approval remains discretionary.

Identity and payment checks

Checks can take place before or after account funding and payouts. Required evidence may include certified identification, residence documents, payment ownership records and transaction histories. Additional checks can involve a telephone call or facial verification. Recognised verification or fraud-prevention providers may assist.

The general terms require requested material within 30 days. Payments can be withheld and access suspended while it is outstanding. Missing that deadline can result in permanent closure. The usual review period is ten days after a complete response, with longer reviews possible for complex cases.

Closing an account

Send closure enquiries to [email protected]. Ordinary closure requires a balance of zero, including no negative balance, and every pending payout must be cleared. Requesting closure with money still present or a withdrawal pending causes the account funds to be forfeited.

Self-exclusion is a separate request. It can be raised by email, and other accounts must be disclosed. No new accounts should be created following exclusion.

Raising a complaint

Contact [email protected] with your complaint. Customer service considers it first and may involve another department, with progress information provided. If the initial answer leaves the dispute unresolved, submit a detailed written account for committee review.

Include the registered name, username, relevant event details and a clear explanation, sending from the account’s registered email. The complaint outcome is due within ten days after receipt. An unusually complex investigation may require an extension.
